Initial Comments:
An offsite follow up survey conducted on July 31, 2023, found that Attentive Care Service, had corrected the deficiency cited under 42 CFR, Part 484, Subparts B and C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiency was cited as a result of an Initial Medicare Certification survey completed on June 6, 2023
